The Council of the Central Bank of Montenegro issued this decision to amend reporting obligations for payment service providers and e-money issuers. The amendment updates Article 5 to mandate the submission of twelve specific reporting templates covering user data, card statistics, transaction volumes, and cash flows. Additionally, the decision replaces Annex 1 and Annex 2 with new versions attached to the instrument, which enters into force eight days after publication in the Official Gazette of Montenegro.
Pursuant to Article 44 paragraph (2) item 3) of the Central Bank of Montenegro Law (OGM 40/10, 6/13, 70/17, 125/23) and Article 155 paragraph (2) of the Payment System Law (OGM 62/13, 111/22, 15/25), the Council of the Central Bank of Montenegro, at its meeting held on 26 January 2026, passed the following DECISION amending the Decision on Payment System Reporting to the Central Bank of Montenegro Article 1 In the Decision on Payment System Reporting to the Central Bank of Montenegro (OGM 82/17, 107/20) Article 5 shall be amended to read: “Payment service providers and/or e-money issuers shall submit the following reporting templates to the Central Bank:
