FSCA Communication 19 of 2021 on Submission of Representative Register
The Financial Sector Conduct Authority requires authorised financial services providers to submit representative register updates through a new SOAP API web service. Financial services providers must integrate their systems, obtain assigned credentials via the FSCA e-portal, and validate submissions over a secure HTTPS protocol. This electronic channel becomes available on 1 November 2021 for testing, with traditional Microsoft Excel submissions ceasing after 31 March 2022.
