CL-2026-018: Lost Bangko Sentral Registration Documents (BSRDs)
The Office of the Managing Director of the Bangko Sentral issued a circular letter to all Authorized Agent Banks and Subsidiary/Affiliate Foreign Exchange Corporations regarding lost registration documents. The notice identifies three specific BSRDs for MITSUWA CHEMICAL PHILIPPINES, INC. held by SHONAN MODELING CO. LTD. and THREE RINGS PTE. LTD. as reported lost and applied for replacement. Banks are instructed not to honor these documents if found and presented for foreign exchange transactions, pursuant to Section 38 of the Manual of Regulations on Foreign Exchange Transactions.
