BSP Circular CL-2024-051: Change of Corporate Name of First Tagum Rural Bank, Inc. to First TRuBank (A Rural Bank), Inc.

The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas authorized on 21 September 2023 the change of corporate name of First Tagum Rural Bank, Inc. doing business under the name and style of 1st TRuBANK (A Rural Bank) to First TRuBANK (A Rural Bank), Inc. The Securities and Exchange Commission approved on 7 November 2024 the Amended Articles of Incorporation and Amended By-Laws of the Bank bearing its new corporate name.
