The information should be submitted both in hard and soft copies, using the attached template.

The soft copies should be submitted using the email addresses below, while the hard copies should be submitted to the Director, Trade & Exchange Department, CBN Abuja. In both cases, the information should be received on or before close of business on Thursday May 3, 2012.
