FEPD-1 Circular Letter No. 06: Instructions Regarding Opening of LC/TT for Import of Supplement Products Without Registration or Prior Approval of the Directorate General of Drug Administration
Bangladesh Bank has issued Circular Letter No. 01 dated 29 July 2026 to instruct executive directors, managing directors, and overseas branches on the time limit for opening LC/TT. The circular references the approved Circular No. 1 dated 21 July 2026 (Ref No. 45.00.0000.182.99.002.24(Ask).114) issued under the Monetary and Financial Powers Act. Financial institutions are directed to take necessary action in accordance with the approved circular and its attached list.
