Change of Corporate Name of Highland Rural Bank, Inc. to HIGHLAND RURAL BANK, INC. DOING BUSINESS UNDER THE NAME AND STYLE OF HIGHLANDBANK (A RURAL BANK)
The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) authorized the change of corporate name for Highland Rural Bank, Inc. to HIGHLAND RURAL BANK, INC. DOING BUSINESS UNDER THE NAME AND STYLE OF HIGHLANDBANK (A RURAL BANK) on March 21, 2025. This authorization was followed by the Securities and Exchange Commission's approval of the bank's Amended Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws, reflecting the new name, on June 9, 2025. This circular letter, issued by Deputy Governor Chuchi G. Fonacier on July 11, 2025, serves to inform all BSP-Supervised Financial Institutions of this corporate name change for their guidance.
