Regulations amending quarterly statistics requirements for certain securities companies
Finansinspektionen issued regulations amending its previous rules to update the quarterly statistical reporting requirements for specific securities companies and their foreign branches. The amendments modify the classification of counterparties and the structure of the quarterly information forms, which must be submitted to Statistics Sweden by the 15th business day following the end of each quarter. These regulations entered into force on 1 March 2015 and apply to the first reporting period starting with the first quarter of 2015.
