The Palestine Monetary Authority issued Circular No. 58/2025 to mandate that all banks operating in Palestine suspend external transfer requests and Jordanian Dinar funding notifications on Tuesday, June 10, 2025, in observance of the Eid al-Adha holiday. Banks are required to ensure that any settlement deficits arising from interbank market netting are covered by 11:00 AM on that day. The Authority reserves the right to reverse and cancel any Jordanian Dinar transfer requests received in violation of this directive without consulting the executing bank.

Subject: Official Holiday in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan
Following the Palestine Monetary Authority Circular No. (2024/133) dated 2024/12/24, and in light of the suspension of the Central Bank of Jordan and banks operating in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan on Tuesday, 2025/06/10, in observance of the blessed Eid al-Adha holiday, the following has been decided:
The Palestine Monetary Authority reserves the right to reverse and cancel external transfer requests and funding notifications sent in Jordanian Dinar if received in violation of this Circular, without recourse to the bank executing the transaction.
