CL-2026-020: Lost Bangko Sentral Registration Document (BSRD)
The Office of the Managing Director of the Bangko Sentral issued a circular letter to all Authorized Agent Banks and their foreign exchange subsidiaries regarding a lost registration document. The document, BSRD No. A001072-D dated 12 May 2017, covered the foreign direct investment of CAPASIA ASEAN WIND HOLDING COOPERATIEF U.A. in PETROWIND ENERGY INC. Banks are instructed not to honor the lost document if found and presented for capital repatriation or earnings remittance, pursuant to Section 38 of the Manual of Regulations on Foreign Exchange Transactions.

Said registration document has been applied for replacement and should not be honored if found and presented for purchase of foreign exchange for capital repatriation or remittance of earnings, pursuant to Section 38 of the Manual of Regulations on Foreign Exchange Transactions, as amended.
