Calendar for Submission of Payment Systems Returns for 2020
The Bank of Zambia has established submission deadlines for monthly, quarterly, and audited annual financial statement returns for payment systems entities throughout 2020. All regulated institutions must electronically file their completed returns to psdreturns@boz.zm by the specified due dates, with annual statements required within three months of year-end. Failure to submit accurate returns on time will incur a daily penalty of K500.00 per institution.

## CALENDAR FOR SUBMISSION OF PAYMENT SYSTEMS RETURNS FOR THE YEAR 2020
Kindly be informed that the due dates for submission of Payment Systems Returns for the 2020 financial year are as follows:
### 1. MONTHLY RETURNS

Kindly be reminded that all returns should be submitted to **psdreturns@boz.zm** by the set due dates, failure to comply may attract penalties.

### 3. AUDITED ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS
The Audited Annual Financial Statements should be submitted within three calendar months after the end of the financial year of your institution.
Further, kindly be advised that a penalty of K500.00 (Kwacha five hundred only) will be charged per day for any delayed submissions or incorrect returns.
Kindly be informed accordingly.
