Guided by Part 3 of Article 2 and point "p" of Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Point 9 of the Annex approved by Resolution No. 138-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 15 May 2007 “On Approving Regulation 10 'On Licensing and Regulation of Foreign Exchange Purchase and Sale Operations'”; Taking into account that “NOR ZOVQ” Limited Liability Company applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on 12 September 2025 regarding the mediation to obtain a license for an exchange office branch; Based on the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 43 dated 1 October 2025), the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia hereby:

R E S O L V E S:

1. To grant a license for foreign exchange purchase and sale to Branch No. 4 of “NOR ZOVQ” Limited Liability Company (License No. 867) for conducting activities at the address: Shop 51 and Non-residential Area 52, 1 Bakunts St., Nor Nork, Yerevan, Republic of Armenia.
2. This Decision shall enter into force on the day following the date of its delivery to “NOR ZOVQ” Limited Liability Company or its delivery to the person authorized by “NOR ZOVQ” Limited Liability Company in accordance with the established procedure.
