THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION, GHANA PUBLIC NOTICE ON UNLICENSED INVESTMENT PRODUCT BY GOLDEN EMPIRE LEGACY LIMITED AND LOOM SEC/PN/007/06/2019 This Public Notice is issued pursuant to Sections 3(b)(f) and 208 of the Securities Industry Act, 2016 (Act 929). The General Public is hereby put on notice that GOLDEN EMPIRE LEGACY LIMITED AND LOOM have not been licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to carry out any capital market activity as mandated by section 3 of the Securities Industry Act, 2016 (Act 929). GOLDEN EMPIRE LEGACY LIMITED AND LOOM are therefore not SEC regulated entities. The General Public is advised to be cautious with investing in unlicensed products.
