Regulation on Information Publication Requirements for Banks (Decision No. 158, 9 July 2020)
The Executive Board of the National Bank of Moldova issued Decision No. 158 on 9 July 2020 to approve a regulation establishing mandatory disclosure requirements for banks. The approved framework standardizes the scope, format, and timing of public information reporting to enhance market transparency and regulatory oversight. Following its registration at the Ministry of Justice on 18 July 2020, all licensed banking institutions must align their public reporting practices with these newly codified standards.
