Regulatory Decision 2023-17 of 14 December 2023 on Variable Remuneration

The Governor of the Bank of France issued this decision to set the unit amounts for variable remuneration supplements at 650 euros for permanent staff under Article 401 and 1,300 euros for non-managerial contractual staff. The corresponding budget is calculated based on an average supplement of 394 euros per non-managerial agent. This decision, which repeals Regulatory Decision No. 2022-21, entered into force upon its publication in the Bank of France's official register.

THE GOVERNOR OF THE BANK OF FRANCE

Having regard to the General Council Order No. A-2022-08 of 19 October 2022 on variable remuneration,

DECIDES

Article 1 The unit amounts of remuneration supplements (CDR) for permanent personnel covered by Article 401 of the personnel statute and for non-managerial contractual personnel are set at 650 and 1,300 euros respectively.

The corresponding budget is calculated on the basis of an average CDR of 394 euros per non-managerial agent.

Article 2: This decision, which repeals Regulatory Decision No. 2022-21 of 28 November 2022, enters into force on the date of its publication in the official register of the Bank of France.
