Lending-2021- Circular No. 46 on Addressing and Postal Coding in Palestine
The Palestine Monetary Authority issued Circular No. 46 (2021) to mandate all specialized lending institutions operating in Palestine to immediately adopt the national postal coding system. This directive requires financial entities to integrate their assigned postal codes into all postal and logistical correspondence, as well as on all official documents and forms. The Ministry of Telecom & Information Technology facilitated compliance by providing a dedicated lookup website, technical support, and a designated contact point for implementation assistance.
