Notice of Consultation Paper Release
The Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) has released Consultation Paper No. 85 to propose amendments to existing financial services legislation. Market participants are invited to review the proposed changes and submit written feedback directly through the regulator’s portal. All comments must be received by 23 September 2012 to influence the final legislative update.
