CL-2024-041: Lost Bangko Sentral Registration Document (BSRD)
The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas issued a circular letter to all authorized agent banks and their foreign exchange subsidiaries regarding the loss of BSRD No. BSP-IOD (FB) 2018-75. This document, originally issued in May 2018, registered a loan for EDC Burgos Wind Power Corporation with Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited as the commercial debt agent. The regulator mandates that the lost registration document should not be honored for foreign exchange purchases if found, as a replacement has been applied for pursuant to Section 25 of the Manual of Regulations on Foreign Exchange Transactions.

Said registration document has been applied for replacement and should not be honored if found and presented for purchase of foreign exchange for loan payments effected under the mentioned BSRD, pursuant to Section 25 of the Manual of Regulations on Foreign Exchange Transactions, as amended.
