The Saudi Central Bank mandates that all banks, commercial banks, and finance companies operating in Saudi Arabia must register lands subject to the White Land Fees system within the designated timeframe. This directive, issued under the authority of the Saudi Central Bank System, Banking Control System, Finance Companies Control System, and the White Land Fees System and its Executive Regulations, aims to ensure regulatory compliance. Failure to complete the registration will result in financial penalties being imposed directly on the actual landowners.
