Notice of Amendments to Legislation (11 Dec 2011)
The Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) Board, following consultation on anti-money laundering supervision, has enacted the Regulatory Law Amendment (No. 2) Law of 2011 and updated its Rulebook to enhance regulatory oversight. The amendments replace the existing Glossary module with an updated version and introduce a new Designated Non-Financial Business and Professions (DNF) module to expand regulatory coverage. These legislative and rulemaking changes were approved by the Ruler of Dubai and officially come into force on 27 December 2011.
