The Financial Services Authority (OJK) issued Circular Letter No. 10/SEOJK.04/2025 to establish regulations for the electronic submission and publication of reports regarding ownership changes and share pledging activities of public companies. This directive implements the mandate of Article 7 paragraph (4) and follows up on POJK No. 4 of 2024 by defining the requirements for electronic reporting systems, providers, and emergency submission procedures. The regulation became effective six months after its establishment on June 5, 2025.
