Council of Ministers Resolution No. 1 on Official Holidays in Palestine for 2025

Council of Ministers Resolution on Official Holidays for Religious and National Occasions in Palestine for 2025 No. (1) for the Year 2025

Council of Ministers Based on the provisions of the amended Basic Law of 2003 and its amendments, and the provisions of Civil Service Law No. (4) of 1998 and its amendments and executive regulations, and based on the proposal of the Director General of the Civil Service, and on the powers delegated to us, and in pursuit of the public interest,

The Council of Ministers has decided in its session held in Ramallah on 2025/01/21, as follows:

Article (1) Approving the official holiday days for religious and national occasions in the State of Palestine for 2025, according to the tables attached to this resolution.

Article (2) All competent authorities, each within its jurisdiction, shall implement the provisions of this resolution, which takes effect from the date of its issuance and is published in the Official Gazette.
