Granting a Foreign Exchange Trading License to Shahavet Acharyan Limited Liability Company

The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Resolution No. 47 A on March 26, 2025, granting a foreign exchange trading license to Shahavet Acharyan Limited Liability Company. This authorization permits the company to conduct relevant foreign currency purchase and sale operations at its registered address in Yerevan. The resolution entered into force immediately upon its adoption following the positive conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee.

Granting a Foreign Exchange Trading License to “Shahavet Acharyan” Limited Liability Company

Pursuant to Article 2 (3) and Article 20 (“jf”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Point 9 of Appendix as approved under the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia Board Resolution No 138-N, dated May 15, 2007 “On Regulation 10 “Licensing and Regulation of Foreign Currency Purchase and Sale Operations””; Whereas on March 6, 2025 “Shahavet Acharyan”, a Limited Liability Company, applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia with a request to seek a license for foreign exchange trading; In view of the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 13, dated March 19, 2025); the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia

E n a c t s:

Grant a foreign exchange trading license to “Shahavet Acharyan”, a Limited Liability Company, for carrying out the relevant activities at the address: H. Acharyan Str., 1st dead end, Building 4/4, Area # 17-18, c. Yerevan, Republic of Armenia.

This resolution to enter into force upon its adoption.
