The Newly Reconstituted Board of Securities and Exchange Commission, Ghana
The Securities and Exchange Commission of Ghana commissioned its newly reconstituted board on September 4, 2017. Dr. Yeboa Amoa serves as Chairman while Mr. Daniel Ogbarmey Tetteh holds the position of Director General.
