M-2026-019: Cancelled and Replaced Banko Sentral Registration Documents (BSRDs)
Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas issued Memorandum No. M-2026-019 to notify authorized agent banks and subsidiary foreign exchange corporations that specific Banko Sentral Registration Documents (BSRDs) have been cancelled and replaced. These documents, originally issued between April 2020 and December 2022 for non-resident investments, are no longer valid for capital repatriation or earnings remittance due to changes in the underlying investments. Financial institutions are instructed to disregard these cancelled BSRDs when processing foreign exchange transactions pursuant to Section 38 of the FX Manual.
