Regulations amending quarterly statistics for some securities companies
Finansinspektionen amended its regulations (FFFS 2010:1) to update the instructions for quarterly statistics reporting by certain securities companies. The revision aligns counterparty classifications with the Standard Classification by Institutional Sector 2014 and removes references to friendly societies. These updated reporting requirements entered into force on 1 November 2020.
