110 On Delays in the Submission of Reports

The Bank of the Republic of Haiti issued Circular No. 110 to impose a daily penalty of 50,000 Gourdes on banks for delays in submitting required reports. These penalties are automatically deducted from the offending bank's account held at the BRH. This regulation supersedes the previous circular dated May 16, 1995.

No. 110

TO THE BANKS

Starting from April 17, 2017, delays in the submission of reports will be penalized at a rate of FIFTY THOUSAND GOURDES (HTG 50,000.00) per day of delay. The penalties will be deducted from the account of the offending bank domiciled at the BRH.

This circular cancels and replaces that of May 16, 1995 (Ref. BRH/CIR/95 # 70).
