RESOLUTION BCB No. 545, OF JANUARY 20, 2026
Discloses amendments to the Regulation of the Health Assistance Program for Servants of the Central Bank – PASBC.
The Collegiate Board of the Central Bank of Brazil, in the exercise of its powers, based on Art. 11, paragraph single, item III, clause “a”, of the Internal Regulations of the Central Bank of Brazil, on Art. 15, § 4th, of Law No. 9,650, of May 27, 1998, and on Vote 5/2026–BCB, of January 20, 2026,
R E S O L V E :
Art. 1º The Regulation of the Health Assistance Program for Servants of the Central Bank – PASBC, annexed to BCB Resolution No. 415, of September 24, 2024, shall enter into force with the following amendments:

- decide on the waiver of administrative charges of amounts due to PASBC, according to criteria and rules defined in complementary regulation; and
XII
- decide on cases and situations on which this Regulation is silent or controversial.

Art. 2º Annex III of the Regulation of PASBC, annexed to BCB Resolution No. 415, of September 24, 2024, shall enter into force with the following amendments:
