Finanstilsynet has issued a warning against investing through Quantum AI, an unlicensed entity that markets investment services using deceptive tactics like fake articles and videos of well-known Danes. The regulator emphasizes that trading on this platform voids all investor protections, excluding clients from the Financial Appeals Board, the Appeals Board for Fund Brokerage Companies, and the Guarantee Fund. As a result, investors face a high risk of total loss with virtually no chance of recovering their funds if the platform fails or engages in fraudulent practices.

The company uses, among other things, fake articles and videos of well-known Danes for marketing. The company is not licensed to offer financial services in Denmark.

If you use an investment platform without a license to trade financial instruments, you are not guaranteed investor protection. This means, among other things, that you cannot complain to either the Financial Appeals Board or the Appeals Board for Fund Brokerage Companies, and that investments are not covered by the Guarantee Fund. Therefore, it is unlikely that you will get your money back if problems arise.
