Subject: National Drug Prevention Project (NEBRAS).

The Bank has received the letter of His Excellency the Minister of Finance No. 6112 dated 11/07/1436H, enclosing a copy of the telegram of His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Interior, and Chairman of the National Committee for Combating Narcotics No. 778 dated 03/07/1436H, regarding the launch by the National Committee for Combating Narcotics of the National Drug Prevention Project (NEBRAS) in partnership and coordination with relevant entities. Out of His Royal Highness's desire, the competent authority is requested to ensure that any similar preventive programs are branded under the (NEBRAS) banner to unify efforts and integrate them with the General Secretariat of the National Committee for Combating Narcotics in this regard.

Accordingly, the Bank hopes for coordination with the General Secretariat of the National Committee for Combating Narcotics when preparing any preventive programs to unify efforts and ensure integration.
