Central Bank of Seychelles Revocation of June 8, 2020 Notice
The Central Bank of Seychelles has revoked its June 8, 2020 notice pursuant to section 74A(3) of the Financial Institutions Act. Effective July 1, 2022, this action formally replaces the original publication designated as No. 424 of 2020 in Gazette No. 59. Governor Caroline Abel issued the current notice to finalize regulatory continuity for licensed financial institutions.
