Law No. 3 of 2005 Issuing the Law on Protection of Competition and Prevention of Monopolistic Practices
The Egyptian Parliament enacted Law No. 3 of 2005 to establish the Competition and Anti-Monopoly Protection Authority and regulate economic activities to prevent restrictive practices.
