The directive mandates that these entities submit an implementation plan for utilizing the provided hotline numbers within two weeks of issuance to ensure seamless reporting during security incidents. Attached comprehensive lists detail the specific direct numbers, regional jurisdictions, and responsible departments across all major Saudi regions to facilitate immediate coordination.

Subject: Passing reports to security authorities via the direct numbers of provincial police operations rooms.
Reference is made to the telegram from His Royal Highness the Minister of Interior, No. (26188), dated 6/2/1435 AH, regarding the approval of the recommendations of the committee formed to study the feasibility of providing a direct line for all regions of the Kingdom to receive reports from financial sector entities in case of security incidents, and to the telegram from His Excellency the Assistant Minister of Interior for General Security Operations, No. (30.63.140/S), dated 13/3/1435 AH, which includes the list of direct numbers for provincial police operations rooms.
Accordingly, attached is the list of direct numbers for provincial police operations rooms not covered by the unified security operations center (911), which the Saudi Central Bank confirms must be contacted when it is necessary to pass reports to security authorities. Financial entities are required to provide the Saudi Central Bank with an implementation plan for using these numbers within two weeks of this circular's date, via the email: (Bankingsafetysecurity@sama.gov.sa).
