### Consultation: Proposed Resolution pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 22 for the year 2021 in relation to issuing the Execution Law in Civil and Commercial Matters
As part of the Central Bank of Bahrain’s (“CBB”) efforts to further develop the financial sector in the Kingdom of Bahrain, the CBB is issuing for consultation a draft Resolution pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 22 for the year 2021 in relation to issuing the Execution Law in Civil and Commercial Matters (**copy attached**).
The proposed Resolution is also available on the CBB website ([www.cbb.gov.bh](http://www.cbb.gov.bh)) under the “open consultations” section.
The CBB requests all banks to submit their comments on this draft Resolution, including "nil comments", in an editable format to **consultation@cbb.gov.bh** by **31<sup>st</sup> January, 2022**.
