FG25/3: Treatment of politically exposed persons

The Financial Conduct Authority has issued consultation paper FG25/3 regarding the treatment of politically exposed persons. The consultation period for this document opened on 18 July 2024 and is scheduled to close on 18 October 2024. Finalised guidance resulting from this consultation is expected to be published on 7 July 2025.
