Circular No. 58-2024 Regarding the Automated Supervision System (SupTech)
The Palestine Monetary Authority requires all banks operating in Palestine to submit regulatory reports exclusively through the Automated Supervision System (SupTech). This directive cancels the Basel 2 version of the Call Report effective 30 June 2024 and restricts submissions for reports listed in Attachment 1 to the SupTech platform effective 31 July 2024. Banks must strictly adhere to these updated submission deadlines following the conclusion of the parallel run period initiated in October 2023.

Subject: Automated Supervision System (SupTech)
With reference to the above subject, and following Circular No. (2023/243) dated 20-10-2023 regarding the launch of the Automated Supervision System (SupTech), which indicated the continuation of data submissions according to existing forms and mechanisms as a parallel run period, please be advised of the following:
- The cancellation of the Basel (2) version of the Call Report, effective from data dated 30-06-2024.
- The restriction of submissions for the reports listed in Attachment No. (1) of this Circular to the Automated Supervision System (SupTech), effective from data dated 31-07-2024.
Reaffirming the necessity of adhering to report submissions via the Automated Supervision System (SupTech) according to the specified deadlines.
