Implementation of ESMA Revised Guidelines on Certain Aspects of MiFID II Adequacy Requirements (ESMA35-43-1163)
The Prudential Control and Resolution College has declared conformity with the European Securities and Markets Authority's revised guidelines regarding MiFID II adequacy requirements. These guidelines specifically apply to credit institutions providing investment advice on structured deposits as defined in the Monetary and Financial Code. Institutions are required to take all necessary measures to comply with these guidelines in accordance with Article 16 of Regulation (EU) No 1095/2010.
