Page Content Financial Services Authority Circular Number 6/SEOJK.04/2025 regarding Guidelines for Reporting and Contracts for Receipt and Granting of Mutual Fund Loans Abstract: The Financial Services Authority has issued POJK Number 33 of 2024 regarding the Development and Strengthening of Investment Management in the Capital Market. In order to implement the mandate of Article 12 paragraph (5) and to follow up on the provisions of Article 11 of POJK Number 33 of 2024 regarding the Development and Strengthening of Investment Management in the Capital Market, the Financial Services Authority has prepared this Circular regarding Guidelines for Reporting and Contracts for Receipt and Granting of Mutual Fund Loans. The legal basis for this Financial Services Authority Circular is: Law Number 8 of 1995 as amended by Law Number 4 of 2023; Law Number 21 of 2011 as amended by Law Number 4 of 2023; and POJK Number 33 of 2024. This Financial Services Authority Circular regulates, among other things, guidelines for preparing loan receipt reports by mutual funds, guidelines for preparing loan granting reports from mutual funds, as well as provisions regarding contracts related to mutual fund loan transactions. Note: This Financial Services Authority Circular takes effect on the date it is established. This Financial Services Authority Circular was established on May 9, 2025. The Guidelines for Reporting Receipt and Granting of Mutual Fund Loans are detailed in the Appendix, which forms an integral part of this Financial Services Authority Circular.
