ON GRANTING A LICENSE FOR A CURRENCY EXCHANGE OFFICE BRANCH TO “NOR ZOVQ” LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (LICENSE No. 867)

Guided by Part 3 of Article 2 and Point “p” of Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, by Point 9 of the Annex approved by Decision No. 138-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 15 May 2007 “On Approving Regulation 10 on Licensing and Regulation of Foreign Exchange Transactions”,

taking into account that “Nor Zovq” Limited Liability Company applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on 31 July 2025 for obtaining a license for a currency exchange office branch, and

based on the opinion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 36 dated 13 August 2025), the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia

decides:

To grant “Nor Zovq” Limited Liability Company (License No. 867) License for Currency Exchange Transactions to its Branch No. 2, for carrying out activity at the address: 36 Dro Street, Kanaker-Zeytun District, Yerevan, Republic of Armenia.

This Decision shall enter into force on the day following the date of duly notifying “Nor Zovq” Limited Liability Company.
