The Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia issued Resolution No. 160-A on September 12, 2025, to reissue Payment and Settlement Organization License No. 28. The regulatory action formalizes the name change of the licensee from "FINBOX" Closed Joint-Stock Company to "PRESS PAY" Closed Joint-Stock Company. This decision was based on the entity's application submitted in August 2025 and the subsequent conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee.

ON REISSUING LICENSE NO. 28 GRANTED TO “FINBOX” CLOSED JOINT-STOCK COMPANY PAYMENT AND SETTLEMENT ORGANIZATION
Guided by Part 3 of Article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Point “ac” of Article 20, Point 7 of Article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Payment and Settlement Systems and Payment and Settlement Organizations”, and Chapter 8 and Point 101 of Regulation 17/01 “On Procedures for Licensing of Payment and Settlement Organizations, Registration of Branches, Qualification, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification of Managers'” approved by Resolution No. 285-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 25 October 2011;
T aking into account that “FINBOX” Closed Joint-Stock Company Payment and Settlement Organization submitted an application and attached documents to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on 14 August 2025 and 19 August 2025 to reissue License No. 28 due to the change of name of the payment and settlement organization (new name: “PRESS PAY” Closed Joint-Stock Company),
B ased on the conclusion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 39 of 3 September 2025), the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia hereby:
R E S O L V E S:
To reissue License No. 28 granted to “FINBOX” Closed Joint-Stock Company Payment and Settlement Organization (the new name is: “PRESS PAY” Closed Joint-Stock Company)
This Resolution shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
