Regulation No. 2023-05 — Update to the Regulation on Procedures for Feeding and Maintaining the Debtor Registry
The Vice Director of the Central Bank of the Republic of San Marino issued Regulation No. 2023-05 to update the procedures for the creation and maintenance of the Debtor Registry. The regulation introduces monthly rectifications for published data, replaces 'payment plans' with 'payment promises' in definitions, and modifies the subjective and objective requirements for inclusion in the registry. It also establishes new criteria for the exclusion of tax notices under judicial review and defines specific conditions for the cancellation or correction of debtor information based on payments, write-offs, or formalized payment arrangements.
