Superintendence Resolution No. 009-2026-SMV/10
The Superintendence of the Adjunct of Prudential Supervision issued Resolution No. 009-2026-SMV/10 to sanction Autoplan Empresa Administradora de Fondos Colectivos S.A. with a reprimand for five serious infractions. The violations include failing to transmit general contract conditions, proving receipt of auction proposal sheets, and submitting full payment receipts. Additionally, the entity failed to notify the associate of the first three required assembly meetings and did not provide mandatory documents prior to contract signing.

Autoplan Empresa Administradora de Fondos Colectivos S.A. is sanctioned with a reprimand for having committed five (05) serious infractions: three (3) classified in Annex XIII, section 2, subsection 2.16 of the Sanctions Regulation, for failing to comply with the contractual provisions regarding the transmission of the general conditions of the contract, for failing to prove receipt of the auction proposal sheet, and for not transmitting all payment receipts; one (1) classified in Annex XIII, section 2, subsection 2.17 of the Sanctions Regulation, for failing to communicate the call for the first three (3) assemblies in which the associate was required to participate; and one (1) classified in Annex XIII, section 2, subsection 2.1 of the Sanctions Regulation, for failing to deliver the documents required by regulations prior to the signing of the contract.
