The Governor of the National Bank of Serbia issued this decision to establish a mandatory threshold for high-value domestic payment transactions. It requires that credit transfers and direct debits exceeding 300,000 Serbian dinars be executed through an important payment system, excluding transfers between accounts held with the same provider. This regulation repeals the previous 2015 decision and entered into force on October 22, 2018.
