The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR) issued Decision No. 2026-P-09 to amend the composition of its Prudential Affairs Advisory Commission. This decision replaces Annex 2 of Decision No. 2025-C-09 with a new list of designated individual members representing the insurance sector. The appointed members include Charly Foucault from PRO-BTP, Maxime Labrosse from AXA France, and Thierry Francq from COVEA.

THE PRESIDENT
Having regard to the Monetary and Financial Code, particularly Article L. 612-14 I; Having regard to Decision No. 2025-C-09 of March 17, 2025 establishing an Advisory Commission; Having regard to Decision No. 2024-C-40 of December 9, 2024 delegating powers from the Supervisory College of the Prudential Control and Resolution Authority to its President,
Decides:
Article 1 Annex 2 of Decision No. 2025-C-09 of March 17, 2025 establishing an Advisory Commission is replaced by the Annex attached to this Decision.
Article 2 This Decision shall be published in the Official Register of the Prudential Control and Resolution Authority.
