CSSF Regulation No 16-07 relating to out-of-court complaint resolution

The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier issued Regulation No 16-07 to establish a framework for the out-of-court resolution of complaints. This regulation repealed the previous CSSF Regulation No 13-02 and mandates specific procedures for handling disputes outside of judicial proceedings. It is further detailed by Circular CSSF 17/671, which provides specifications and requires the maintenance of a table listing registered claims.
