FSCA Communication 27 of 2022 (RF): Determination of Document Formats for Pension Fund Contributions

The Financial Sector Conduct Authority published FSCA Communication 27 of 2022 to formally determine the required formats for key pension fund contribution documents. This determination standardizes templates for employer-pension fund notifications, contravention reports submitted to the FSCA, and those directed to the South African Police Services. By enforcing these formats under Conduct Standard 1 of 2022, the regulator ensures consistent compliance and streamlined administrative reporting for all pension fund stakeholders.
