The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR) has declared its compliance with the European Banking Authority's Guidelines EBA/GL/2025/03 regarding real estate development and construction exposures. These guidelines apply to institutions under the ACPR's direct supervision, who are required to take all necessary measures to adhere to them. This compliance is mandated under Article 16 of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010 establishing the European Banking Authority.

The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR) has declared itself compliant with the "EBA/GL/2025/03" guidelines of the European Banking Authority on exposures on the acquisition of land and land development, property development and construction ("ADC exposures") on residential real estate under Article 126 bis of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013.
These guidelines are applicable to institutions under the direct supervision of the ACPR, which must do everything in their power to comply with them, in accordance with the provisions of Article 16 of Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 November 2010 establishing a European Supervisory Authority (European Banking Authority).
