De-Listing of Royal Financials SAL from the List of Financial Intermediation Institutions
The Capital Markets Authority issued Notice No. 77 to formally remove Royal Financials S.A.L., registered under number 15, from the List of Financial Intermediation Institutions. This de-listing follows the cancellation of the company's license pursuant to Board Decision No. 21/7/16 and Decision No. 21/8/22 dated August and September 2021, respectively. The notice takes effect upon its publication in the Official Gazette on October 19, 2021.

The Chairman of the Capital Markets Authority, pursuant to Law No. 161 dated August 17, 2011 concerning the Capital Markets Authority, and pursuant to Decision No. 35 dated June 15, 2021 regarding the publication of the List of Financial Intermediation Institutions for the year 2021, and pursuant to Capital Markets Authority Board Decision No. 21/7/16 dated August 10, 2021 and Decision No. 21/8/22 dated September 14, 2021, by which the decision to cancel the license of "Royal Financials S.A.L." was taken, hereby decides as follows:
Article One: "Royal Financials S.A.L." is removed from the List of Financial Intermediation Institutions, registered in this list under Number 15.
Article Two: This notice is published in the Official Gazette.
