Finansinspektionen amended its regulations on pension foundations to specify mandatory disclosure requirements under Chapter 2, Section 1. The updated rules require foundations to provide detailed information including their identity, supervisory authorities, investment profile, mission, and financial position. Additionally, foundations must disclose how they integrate environmental, climate, social, or corporate governance factors into investment decisions and specify information available upon request.

Finansinspektionen prescribes pursuant to Chapter 5, section 9 of the Institutions for Occupational Retirement Provision Ordinance (2019:809) that Chapter 2, section 1 of Finansinspektionen’s regulations (FFFS 2019:19) regarding pension foundations shall have the following wording.
