Circular F.S. 17: Approval of Venda Development Corporation Bridging Financing Issue
The Registrar of Friendly Societies issued Circular F.S. 17 to approve the 8.9% Venda Development Corporation Bridging Financing loan as a permissible investment under the Friendly Societies Act of 1956. Friendly societies must record this approved issue under new item 6A of Statement D in their prescribed regulatory returns. Each society must forward the circular to its auditor and return the signed acknowledgement form to the Registrar.
